How can I write things on console window with my own character set? Is this possible? For example another font or my hand made characters.

Not really. AFAIK you can't change the font in a console window.

There should be a way as console's property dialog can change the font (not to any thing fancy).

nope, a basic C console program has no way to change the font or anything... you can try using some non-standard libraries to do it, but that hurts the portability of your code.
as for your own character set, I think the C standard specifies that standard output is done in ASCII... not sure about that though
