For some reason my toshiba recovery cd stopped recognizing my type of computer. I called them and they said i need to make a bootable cd with the file tbios26.exe. I have no experience making bootable cds and wouldnt know where to start. What program???(freeware, please) What files to include? I am running xp tablet edition sp2. I have no floppy drive. I am positive my bios allows me to book from a cd. I just need to get a few files off the recovery cd , so no my windows is not dead.
