I just received the kvm switch I was waiting for. I was ready to hook everything up when I realized I had a usb mouse and the kvm switch was for a ps2 mouse. No biggie, found my adapter and plugged the mouse in. Everything worked fine, till I discovered my mouse wheel doesn't work anymore. Well, to be exact, if i click and hold the mouse wheel and drag the mouse, I can scroll pages. But the actual mouseup and mousedown don't register (I discovered this when playing Halo, then confirmed it in notepad). I've uninstalled and reinstalled the mouse in windows and it didn't help. Neither the kvm manufacturer (linkskey) or the mouse manufacturer (nyko) have any drivers. And I've googled and googled and Ive gone to microsofts website and there doesn't seem to be any articles covering this. Does anyone know how to get this working? Do I need to buy a different kvm?
