I found Windows Longhorn beta version at a CD-Rom shop. Should I install it ? Is there anyone who've already tried?

it's a leaked alpha, nothing official, I haven't tried it myself...
contact microsoft, they'll send you the real beta
PHP and XML
Let's talk about SAX
How does it work? Does it act as a complete OS? Or does it create a fullscreen window that simulates Longhorn? Or what?
Do not make direct eye contact with me.
It's complete installation CD just like other Windows. I want to know is if I install that, what benefits can I get? Can I face uncompatiblity problem?
nope, it's an OS, not something that opens in a window, it's far from being complete as I heard, M$ delayed the release to 2006.Originally posted by Lurker

I wonder if you'll be able to run current software at all, it's a very early release after all, so don't expect it to replace current Windows systems right now. It's complete installation CD just like other Windows.
