The only thing missing is those little flaming torch animated gifs. That and a nice "starry sky" background with much <h1> in neon green & multiple exclamation marks: the page would be perfect.
Then we should put two sidebars in crammed with superfluous menu items and links, and fix width the page so it only fills half your screen. Except everyone is doing that now anyway, so it might not be so "attention getting".
