If you take a look at TheForger's win32 API tutorial, you will realize just how much more difficult this is than you think.

Nobody here would, either because they don't know how, or else because they don't feel like spending a couple hours of their time converting your useless program into an equally useless program, without any sort of reward.
Our policy here is, you do the work and we give you advice and a few tips to help you along.
If you want someone to write a program for you, post on the Projects/Recruitment board instead.

If you want to make a windowed application that does the same thing, and you want to do it yourself, then I suggest you learn Visual Basic. It will do the job much faster and easier.
