i am planning to write a simple mp3 player for my final year project using C language. i wanted to know why the sound quality in linux is a lot better than windows as im trying to get that sound quality in windows.
please suggest me how to achieve it in windows.
also please give some suggestions as to which is the easily learnable software to use for fronthand.
