Unhappy need a help in solving c program

please I need someone to solve this question ..

Write a c program that promote user to enter employee Number and then read the employee information from a file "input.txt" (salary, overtime, tax). The program should calculate the Employee final salary and then write employee Number and final salary into another file “output.txt”. The program should handle the case where the employee Number is not available in the input.txt file. In this case just print to the screen “Employee Not found”.
Hint: check if the file is open or not. Final salary (salary+overtime-tax).

It's up to you to attempt to solve this problem (homework policy). We are here to help you along when you get stuck. If you're stuck, post your code so far (in code tags) and ask specific questions about the problem(s) you're having. Also be sure to include relevant information, such as the input you are entering into the program, the output you are getting, and the output you expect. If your problem is related to the text file, it would help for you to post a few lines of this, as well.

I do not know why you speak sharply. If you have certain rules to help people. Others may not have same your rules and therefore they will assist me in solving the question but actually I have finished and I do not need a help from you.
Thank u

???

Sharply? I was trying for professionally informative.

And the "rules", regarding the homework policy, govern all members of this forum.

Note that you did not actually ask a question - you simply stated your assignment, as if wanting someone to do your work for you. That will not, in all likelihood, happen here. It's your right to get upset about it, and cast "angry faces" around as you see fit, but that won't change the outcome.

If you plan on asking for help in the future, in this forum or another, I'd suggest the following read:

Listen. Even if I want someone to do my Homework and I dont want to do any efforts as you claim, The way you respond with all due respect you was loud and provocative. Who wants to help people and shows students the right path to solve their problems, he must speak the dialect of love and kindness and tolerance. The manner in which you spoke was the tone of violence and provocation and disdain.

Well, this thread went downhill pretty quickly.

...he must speak the dialect of love and kindness and tolerance.
Does this include throwing unwarranted judgements and accusations at people you don't even know anything about?

The manner in which you spoke was the tone of violence and provocation and disdain.
Here's a word for you to learn: Hyperbole - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

That's all, I'm done with this one.

@Mods: Perhaps this thread should be closed before it gets any creepier.

Straight from step 1 to step 5a: 5 1/2 steps to get others to doing your homework.

EDIT:
CHERYL123, if you want help, perhaps starting a new thread would be best. This one clearly got off on the wrong foot. Try your best to solve your problem yourself. At least get it started, even if it's just the basics. Then, when you get stuck, post your code (in

tags) and ask some specific questions about what you're having trouble with. That should work much better for you.

broke your feelings? perhaps you should get new ones. tougher feelings than you had before. you'll need them to survive in the real world with normal humans like us, who expect people to do the work they've been assigned, and ask meaningful questions when they don't understand, that elicit informative and helpful answers. you have completely failed to do the latter, and have produced no evidence that you have attempted the former. that is why the users of this forum address you so "sharply," as you put it.
What can this strange device be?
When I touch it, it gives forth a sound
It's got wires that vibrate and give music
What can this thing be that I found?
