    > For the future generation it is important to know about there past programming
Are you committed to a career in a museum?
Because if you ambition lies elsewhere, then TurbidCrap is a millstone around your neck, not wings to help you fly.

    > if you want to build your own computer and want to make OS for your computer.
Mmm, I'm pretty sure Linus built Linux without any need to resort to TC.

    > What will You say about Command Prompt which is 16 bit apps and existing in todays world.
But if you compile a console program with a 32-bit compiler, then it ISN'T a 16-bit program, but a 32-bit program.
Which means it isn't limited to stupid things like 8.3 filenames, and 64KB memory segments.

    > And Please Those people send here which know something about TC not everyone
There's a difference between not knowing, and not telling.
Personally, I've no interest in saying what I know about TC. As far as I'm concerned, it just enables the lazy tutors to defer the day they have to "update or get out" by continuing to provide free online support. If forums such as this stop providing such support (and most have), then this will feedback to the lazy tutors (in the form of more questions), who should then feel the full consequences of living in the past.

Oh, and don't forget to read the WSJ link in my sig. You don't want to be in the 97% of students with a worthless education.
If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.

You haven't hurt us... mostly you've embarrassed yourself.
Old Gronk had better tools when he bopped Gerta over the head and dragged her to his cave!

Ok... now that you've listened... DO ... get an up to date compiler, study the new standards and become a good programmer... despite your teacher's best efforts to the contrary.

Is just everybody gets annoyed when students like yourself are being misfed and misled, and of course you the learner are going to absorb the stuff you are being told, or go off with some idea you are convinced about and then perhaps getting 'flamed' by programmers in the wider realm... happened to me before now anyway haha
    Thought for the day:
"Are you sure your sanity chip is fully screwed in sir?" (Kryten)
FLTK: "The most fun you can have with your clothes on."

    Stroustrup:
"If I had thought of it and had some marketing sense every computer and just about any gadget would have had a little 'C++ Inside' sticker on it'"

Or worse... get laughed out of a perfectly good job!

These kinds of things do affect people's futures. Just because someone is from India does not mean they are stupid or gullible... but it is starting to mean they are incompetent and that's a very bad thing.
