So my 21" monitor just died and I bought a smaller 17" one. Well, whenever I start with my video driver's previous settings (resolution 1600x1200) this new monitor cannot handle it. So, I have to start in safe mode, but nothing I do actually changes the resolution my ATI driver will start with when I start normally. Not sure what to do
