I am selling my computer to a freind of a friend this weekend, and since it is watercooled and such i want to write up a contract waiving me of responsibility and such if it leaks or yadda yadda after i sell it.
I know it'll be something like "I agree to pay (name) in the amount of (amount) for the purchase of this computer on the day of (date). I further agree that all responsibility regarding the said computer is mine, as the purchaser, and mine alone....etc"
Ive never written a contract, and would like some suggestions as to what to include.
