Heh, I don't care what I end up doing professionally. As long as there is always something new to learn I'll be happy. I would love to be recognized for a special skill though.
I don't think Microsoft will ever die. Only unless the govt. finds them doing some super-illegal stuff will they ever get close to seeing an end. Check out this article on MS's current financial situation. Simply amazing how much money this company really has.
