Pentium Dual-Core != Pentuim D. If that's what you meant. Not that it makes it much more valuable. The e2xxx CPU's are basically just stripped down C2D's.

$400 USD wouldn't be so bad, but any less and I may as well keep it and use it as a personal file server or something. *sighs*. I suppose I'll have to suck it up and get a job .

EDIT: sorry, just saw whiteflags post. The Pentium D was indeed just two P4s on one chip. The Dual-Cores are based on the Core architecture, AFAIK.
