Same here, actually. Though more of a micro-distillery...
Not at all... I think it's a good dream to own a microbrewery if you're into that. Personally, I hated the few microbrews that I've tried, but then I don't really like beer that much in any case... I personally like the Dell of beers: Amstel Light... or is that the Everex of beers?
I perosonally dream of building and selling creatively designed, unique computer cases... but that's just me.

It's the name the chief scientist gave me when I was first switched on.
bachler, its old german, it means from down by the stream
Duh mine. I'm going to change it to be just another obscure entity like the rest of you. I'll come back reincarnated as some obscure fictional character from literature. Or maybe a relational operator. Or perhaps with some latin phrase that sounds smart. And 22 posts away from 1000 too.
I worked with a guy back in '84 whose logon ID was socrates. He was about 4 1/2' tall, thick glasses, receding hairline for the young man he was, and a stereotypical attitude to go along with his height. A while went by and I got to know him better. Then, he did something really stupid one day. I asked him if his choice of logon id name was really warranted. He looked at me in dismay for about 5 seconds and walked off. He changed it shortly thereafter.
Mainframe assembler programmer by trade. C coder when I can.
No need, just PM webmaster or kermi3 about a name change.
That's fine and all, but I need to know; what's the stereotypical attitude of someone 4 1/2' tall?

Of course, you got to situate the time when I chose this name, I started growing very fast at young age... and at that time I was the tallest, thinnest person of the whole class .... I may have lost that tallest status by now, but I'm certainly still very thin - if anyone knows a diet to gain weight please share it with me...Originally Posted by http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/lamb
I've already tried eating fastfood for a couple of weeks but to no avail.... I read somewhere that I dont gain weight because I have a fast metabolism anyhow ... it sucks because really if I would calculate my BMI it would be: 18.59 (which is just incredibly low ).
So my next attempt will be: eat healthy like I usually do, but exercise alot, this way I might gain some weight by producing muscle mass....
Sorry for bothering you all with my weight complexes .
As for the lamb part, at that time I was as innocent as a lamb, that might have changed as well by now.

I suffer from a similar condition Gangly (although I'm average height). On my case it's because my body isn't efficient enough gathering nutrients/whatever from what I eat. It was diagnosed when I was 8 since at that time I was actually dangerously thin. Maybe you may want to look into that with your doctor.
As I grew up, I acquired a more satisfactory height:weight ratio. It's still low compared to an average thin person, but nothing like when I was a child. On my case it just happened naturally with no specific diet. However, if it matters, I tend to gain weight when I combine exercise with an healthy diet (ironic, isn't it?).

Well, since everyone is discussing their usernames...
This one is just a name I've found on the web. A fantasy name, I believe. According to the site where I got it from and long since forgotten, it's supposed to mean "blissful beauty."
Well, in any case, I liked the name so I picked it.
