Nope!
But there are several reasons actually.
1). A matter of preference to begin with, whats easier or comfortable for you.
2). Know that C++ is based on C, it retains much of that language, including a rich operator set, orthognal design, terseness ans extensibilty. C++ is a highly portable lang, and translatesors for it exist on many machines and systems.
3) C does not have stronger rules than C++. C is traditional C while C++ is ANSI C standardized, which is a C++ inovation actually.
A major advancement of C++ over C is that C++ supports OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) style of programming. There is more info available to you at www.howstuffworks.com
Hope this helps...

Try reading http://www.research.att.com/~bs/bs_faq.html#difference - it's by the guy who, like, wrote the C++ language.
The difference is the post incrementation.
Quzah.
There aint no difference boy, until you master the power of your mind, and the power of your massive bicepts. Think not like the brigands, who want an excuse in order to rest, or else quit, in their pursuit of knowledge. You must drive your enemies before you and remember, your anger and vengence. Prepair for war.Quote:
