    Using MSVBVMx0.dll in c++

    Although there probably isn't a valid reason for wanting to, has anyone ever tried to call a VB function from a program written in c++? Is it even possible?
    I can't say for sure.....but that doesn't look work related.

    Well from my (horrible) memories it was possible to call c functions from visual basic but you never got told how it was doing it. All i could find when i tried to work out what it was actually doing was page after page of thier typical senseless drivel about COM. All i could find out from there was that all VB applications are supposed to work with COM. You might use that as a starting point. However microsoft are just about the worst people to ask about thier mistic invention, com. The more you try to look into it, the longer the articles become, the worse they are written, and absloutly nothing they say either makes sense or even applys to the real world.

    Oh and I can remember reading somewhere that VB6 used unicode among other of microsofts recent "improvements". When calling functions from VB this problem was automaticly fixed, however i'm not sure if that will work the other way. . .
