I am getting this error when compiling CxImage (opensource image library)
What is it and does anybody know how I can fix it?
Deleting intermediate and output files for project 'AxImage', configuration 'Debug|Win32'
Creating Type Library...
Project : error PRJ0003 : Error spawning 'midl.exe'.

did you work with vc express?
try to install the sdk package, or try to get a non-express edition.
I am using express, and I did get the sdk, and I found midl.exe on my computer, and my compiler directories point to the sdk but it still does it.
A quick google using 'PRJ0003+midl.exe'
