Installing .net 2.0 without Admin account

I hope this is the right place to post this.

What I need to do is install .net 2.0 without an Administration account on windows xp. The reason it has to be installed this way is because it is a school computer in which it is imposible to use an Admin account. I'm doubting this is imposible but I thought I would ask just to make sure. Using .net Mono just isn't working, I have to disable half of my program just so it starts with mono.

    So any ideas here?

I don't believe you CAN install a different version of .Net without admin privileges.

    1. Don't use .net 2.0 - rebuild the app to use .net 1.x or whatever is on the machine.
    2. Convince someone who HAS admin rights to install .Net 2.0 [presumably this is relatively safe].

I have also looked into .net mono. Though my program only half works with it, it requires no installation. So I think I have decided to use mono on the computers I can't install .net 2.0 on and than just install .net 2.0 where I can.
