complete reference to API???
I am reading programming windows by charles petzold. I makes reference that there is a complete reference to API. It says that It is no longer printed but available on cd. Does anyone now were to get this or download it.

Yeah, MSDN is great, none of my Windows programming projects would go anywhere without it (I mean come on, who can actually remember the parameters to CreateWindow?). Just search for any structure or function or constant and they have a page about it, detailing parameters and stuff. It is available on CD (I don't know from where), I believe it also comes with (or used to) MSVS products.
