Hi guys, i was peeking ahead in my Programming Windows Fifth Edition and because the book is geared towards people with VC++ (that apparently has a built in Icon Editor for programs) i dont think my compiler (dev c++) does. If it does could someone explain how to access it? If it doesnt (which i dont think it does) could someone provide an alternative/free icon editting program? The only thing i am worried about is if i do get a Third-Party program i will not be able to add it into the resource file. I dont know anything about resource files... Yet, but apparently in VC++ most of this stuff is done for you when you make, define and link the Icon you made. Thanks guys for any help you can provide!
