    Angry Windev.h

    I'm pretty frustrated.
    I want to use CTL_CODE, which requires the Windev.h header.

    Where is Windev.h??

    MSDN says it's with CE 4.0 and up.

    I downloaded 4.0, updated to 4.2 SP2 and installed the CE 4.2 SDK, I still don't have a damn Windev.h!

    Where do I get this header?
