    cd-key

this doesn't have anything to do with programming, but anyway, I have a legit copy of Windows 98. I can only find the CD. We keep all of them in one big cd binder and my mom throws out the cases. so now i ahve Windows 98 installed on my other computer, but it doesnt work because i dont have a CD-key. Does anyone have a Windows 98 cd-key i can use PLEASE!

Using somebody else's CD key is illegal. If it's installed on your computer already, meaning you have to had entered the key when installing 98, it is stored in a registry key somewhere.
