I've looked all over the place but I havent found how to make a docked window (like the windows taskbar or like WinAmp has a docked mode). If you guys could help me out that would rock.

In MFC look at DialogBars or Toolbars
In WIN32 (or general MFC) you have to do the docking yourself using WM_MOVE / WM_SIZE (ING, ED ect) messages and then move the window to an edge (and resize) with something like SetWindowPos()
