Interface in language, other then EN

I'm writing an application in MFC. I want it's interface to be in
Bulgarian. In resource editor dialog boxes are in Bulgarian, but
when I start the program the Bulgarian symbols are not properly
displayed. I tried to put the command wnd.SetWindowText
in the InitDialog() funktion ot the dialog box, but it works only
for the title bar of the dialog. When I use it on a button to change
    it's label, it doesn't work.

Impossible to say without looking at the code. I routinely use the extra characters we have in Danish on buttons and so forth. There is no restrictions that way, you must be doing something wrong.
