Hey, should I let it install those NT Symbols it was telling me about? Or will that mess somthing up.. It said the debugger might not read the code right or somthing.
errr.... don't remember. Wasn't that something about command line compiling? I don't do any of that with Visual studios. Just gcc.

You can install these symbols - they will not do anything to your system. But the versions on the VC++ 6 CD are outdated for the WinXP standard libraries, so I skipped them for my installation. But debugging will not go well so. I think somewhere you can download up-to-date versions but I did'n look for until now.

I ran 6 under XP for a year before upgrading to 2003.NET. upgrade the libraries, but that is the same advice on other OS's as well.
