Do you use the toolbar editor built into MSVC++ or a third party editor?
The reason I ask is that the built in toolbar editor is still very restrictive even in .net - when you create each button, you have to load the bitmap for each button in manually, rather than being able to load a standard bitmap toolbar and simply select the toolbar icons you want from it.
