Do you know any free C++ Builder like tool I could use for commercial program without paying any license fees?

Also - do you know if having license for "MS Visual C++ 6.0 Standard Edition" I can freely use MFC?

As far as I know anyone can use MFC.

But if you already have a licence for MSVC6, why do you want another compiler/IDE anyway?
