    Scrolling Menu Bar menus

When you click a very large menu (created in a resource editor) such as a "favorites" list that is very large it will drop down to the bottom of the screen, stop and try to extend to the top. If it gets past the top it makes scroll arrows. of course, extending upwards obscures the title bar as well as the menu options to the right.

The question is this... If I want the top of the menu to always stay put and create scroll arrows at the origin and bottom of screen how can I do this?

nope, stopped looking. We may come to just writing our own menu control. I hope we just forget about it personally
