There are plenty, two that I used were created by past and present people on this board, Sunlight and Ken Fitlike.
Can't remember the exact names of the sites, guess you will just have to google for those by yourself.

There are, of course, links to tutorials in the boards directory and naturally in the FAQ, but then, whoever reads the FAQ?
