    LB_SETCURSEL problem.

    For some reason I can't get this to work. It's a single-column list box, and I'm using the windowsx macro, although I even tried:
    SendMessage(hLb, LB_SETCURSEL, (WPARAM)3, 0);
    ...but that didn't work either. Oddly, it returns LB_ERR, but GetLastError() says that the operation succeeded! Everything else, such as LB_GETCURSEL does work. Any ideas?
    Code:
    #include <cmath>
    #include <complex>
    bool euler_flip(bool value)
    {
        return std::pow
        (
            std::complex<float>(std::exp(1.0)),
            std::complex<float>(0, 1)
            * std::complex<float>(std::atan(1.0)
            *(1 << (value + 2)))
        ).real() < 0;
    }

    OK. I got it. It doesn't work if you include the LBS_EXTENDEDSEL style.
    Code:
    #include <cmath>
    #include <complex>
    bool euler_flip(bool value)
    {
        return std::pow
        (
            std::complex<float>(std::exp(1.0)),
            std::complex<float>(0, 1)
            * std::complex<float>(std::atan(1.0)
            *(1 << (value + 2)))
        ).real() < 0;
    }
