can anyone direct me to some code or similar that performs a
rubber rectangle using the plain win32 api?
I sit here trying but can't seem to frame a rectangle with proper XoR operation,he,or with another operation at all...
all I find on the web uses MFC or similar..
any hints and help is greatly appriiciatedd

It looks alot like the code I developed so maybe this can tell me
