    Professional looking windows

I hope I ask the question clearly, I don't even know what to search for at google. I want to know how to make windows that have rounded edges. For example, media player has a couple of skins that give it a non box-like look. Just a nudge in the right direction would be nice.

Type "skin" into the search...there are loads of examples.

    Ah that is much better

Believe me I looked. Everything ended up needing me to use MFC, which I can't because I'm using mingw. This gives me some direction. Thanks Fordy!
