Witch one should I learn first OpenGL or Winows Programming (I do whana learn Opengl) what order should I do this I mean should I go straight to some opengl tutorials or learn win32 first and then open?

I'm not quite that far yet but i'm heading down the same road you are, and from what i've read it seems like knowing win32 will make opengl a lot more simpler, i'm currently reading a good book on it. Other than that i'd probably say it is personal preference.
