I have installed Cygwin but no GCC in my command prompt

I have installed Cygwin but I have no access to GCC in my command prompt.

How can I make use of GCC in windows from my command prompt?

Either install Linux using vmware or virtualbox, or using the Windows 10 subsystem for linux.

Edit: Instead of starting a new thread how about you stop being rude and look at the answers from yesterday? Or is that too hard? If you can't look at a previous thread you created I doubt you have the ability to install and use Cygwin so just give up.
