Seriously though, aym_7. Any program Win32 program that you run on WinXP should have that WinXP look. It's dependant on the OS currently running it, not on how it was compiled. You can however use regions and Window's skinning to achieve a look similar. Check out flipCode. They have an article/tutorial on it.

I already have win xp, but my programs don't have its look&feel.
In addition, other programs don't have the win xp look&feel even if I run them on win xp, they have the old win 9x/2000 look&feel.
I'm sorry if this has been descussed before, but I'm now to this forum.

Make sure in your display properties under the Apearance tab, in the Windows and Buttons drop down box, you have Windows XP Style selected

1. In the desktop, right-click in the wallpaper with no icons selected.
2. Select Properties.
3a. In themes tab, choose Windows XP (blue) if you want a blue look.
3b. Choose Windows XP (silver) if you want a silver look or...
3c. Choose Windows XP (Green) if you want a greeny look.
4. Click OK.
Now your apps will have look/feel. Be sure that you don't turn off the virtual desktop in programs under compatability mode.
