    Can't run BGI :(

Hey, guys I need some help here. I'm trying to run the Borland Graphics Interface on Windows 7, but I can't get it to run even the most simple 'Hello World' program. I get an error saying 'build error: Error 126' in the file '' I have absolutely no idea what any of this means, and the BGI help is utterly useless. Help me out, please!

    Which compiler are you using?

Because BGI is an ancient fossil, and should not be used for any new code (or be taught to any new students).
If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.

If you are on Windows 7 64bit it's going to be because x64 does not support 16 bit programs.

Also BGI graphics are for DOS, not windows.
