    Question Problem of InitializeAWindowPlease()

    I go the error of "InitializeAWindowPlease was not declared" when the program, as part of it listed below, was complied. How should I fix it? Is any header or library missed to add in?

    ==============================================
    #include <windows.h>
    #include <GL/glut.h>

    int main() {

    InitializeAWindowPlease();

    glClearColor (0.0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0);
    glClear (GL_COLOR_BUFFER_BIT);
    glColor3f (1.0, 1.0, 1.0);
    ............

    Quoted from http://glprogramming.com/red/chapter01.html

    The InitializeAWindowPlease() routine is meant as a placeholder for window system-specific routines, which are generally not OpenGL calls.
