    File type icon

    Hi i wanna do something like this: i select a file with the browse for folder box and that file's file type icon should display on my app dialogbox (ie. if it's a text file, windows text file icon should display). How can i retrieve the icon of that file and display it? Thanx for any input.

    1.- From registry.
    2.- SHGetFileInfo
    * PC: Intel Core 2 DUO E6550 @ 2.33 GHz with 2 GB RAM: Archlinux-i686 with xfce4.
    * Laptop: Intel Core 2 DUO T6600 @ 2.20 GHz with 4 GB RAM: Archlinux-x86-64 with xfce4.
