Can anyone please tell me where firefox stores the cookies? I am using Firefox 2.0.0.7. I want to backup my cookies. How can I do it?

Read the Mozilla Firefox FAQ on Where are my bookmarks, passwords and other personal information saved?

The file in question should be cookies.txt

If they do, I ask them to find the smallest example that exhibits the problem and send me that. Mostly, they then find the error themselves. "Finding the smallest program that demonstrates the error" is a powerful debugging tool.
