Why does Dev-C++ do this? (screenshots)

It's really annoying. These "ALT" tag sort of things just stay in the way. Even when I change to another program (Mozilla in this case). IS there some kind of setting or something I can change? I have Dev-C++ 4.9.9.2

    Thanks.

Yes, go to Tools -> Editor Options, and unselect "Show editor hints," which will get rid of that int main() tooltip stuff.
