this is from my old computer, which the hard drive with some files on it that i need( i thought they were backed up but i was wrong) is now formatted and windows was re installed on it.
i know theres programs to recover lost data like that but how about a hard drive that was formated and windows re installed. and is it hard to get it back? is there any recomended programs out there? (that cost money or are free)
