yeah, use google to search for a web translator.
I use http://babelfish.altavista.com/ only because it's babelfish and Douglas Adams says so.

I don't know about other websites, but it's suprising how well google can translate websites into the correct languge. Grammer and punctuation is all correct, and you would never know it was not written in English.
