    Why does the MS Free Express Edition doesn't support Win98?



    is there any work arounds so i could use express edition C++ and C# in windows 98?

    Yes, install a decent operating system.
    At this rate, people will still be trying to run TurboC on windows XYZ 2020

    .NET requires 98..or at least it used to.
