Probably in two hidden files called System.dat and User.dat in the Windows folder.
Quickest way to get to your registry in Windows 95 and above is to do the following:
Windows button + R > type regedit
The registry will automatically open in front of you.

That and a few other files. Look at a registry backup to find out. They're usually stored in \windows\sysbckup (it's a hidden folder).
