Can't Find this! Dotted line with scissors

Ok I'm looking for either a clipart-style picture of a dotted line with the tiny scissors on top. The kind where it looks like second-grade with cutting out shapes

    --------

Dotted lines I guess would kind of work, but the little scissors would be really useful. I've been googling but well...I can't find anything particularly helpful.
