Question Why is Norton so sensitive?

Yesterday I found out that Norton Sec. doesn't like users going into system files. It sees it as a "potention threat" and won't let you go any deeper, why is it so sensitive?

Because your average idiot SHOULDN'T be in there. Do you know how many times I've been asked to fix a computer because someone was running around deleting files "that they didn't use/create"?

It's there to protect you. If you have to get in there, disable that feature in Norton.

Don't call Norton a four-eyed geek or make fun of his tie either, or he might burst into tears and run away.

Hey stop complaining - if they stopped poking, you'd be out of a job.

I'd still have a job. I do software more than hardware.
