I'm on my dads computer and he says that downloading video is STILL slow even after getting a faster internet connection.... I know that he has an intel 4 processor and 512mb RAM. Can anyone tell me how he can improve his video download speed?

If the server is slow, the server is slow. You can't help that. However if you want to increase it, look up a downloader accelerator, it downloads sereral packs at a time and puts it together. I use wget for windows, but that's just me

prolly went from 9600 BAUD to 28.8k
