big file transfer

I need to move a 50 mb file from one computer to another... and I don't have a zip drive.... any suggestions on what I can do?

Burn a CD

serial cable
pop the hard drive out and put it in the other case
null modem
multi-part .rar file spanned over an enormous volume of floppies....
