When I hit ctr+alt+del it has an alert window that says Task manager has been disabled by your administrator. The only account on this computer is an admin how do I change this setting?

My computer is awesome.
I believe you can edit the registry to fix this:
Hive: HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Key: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies \System
Name: DisableTaskMgr
Type: REG_DWORD
Set value equal to 0, to disable.
Be sure to make a back up of the registry first!

BLASPHEMY! Begone from my C board, you foul lover of objects, before the gods of C cast you into the void as punishment for your weakness! There is no penance for saying such things in my presence. You are henceforth excommunicated. Never return to this house, filthy heretic!
When I click Ctrl+Alt+Del in win xp,
some computer show task manager, some computers show something including Lock Computer, Log Off, Shutdown, Task Manager, etc.. that I could choose, just like win2000.
I don't want to see task manager all the time I press Ctrl+alt+del. Is there any way to change it?
Well, to cerin, I believe you shouldn't be accessing the task manager if your admin has put a restriction on it. So yea, just don't ask.
Afreedboy, do the two computers have the same OS? Or is one XP pro and one XP home?
