    Digital Tour in Flash

    Hey,

As one of our ongoing projects for school we need to make a digital tour/guide of our college in flash.

I actually donīt have a clue on how to start this thing, so i went looking for examples.
But i donīt find anything worth looking at so i thought maybe some of you know some good links to digital tours in flash ( so i can have a thought of what to do ) or maybe some tutorials or articles about this subject.

Iīve already googled some but maybe with the wrong keywords since all i got were these digital tour/guide but in plain html.

Any link, article or whatever on the subject would be a great help for me.

    Thanks in advance,

    Ganglylamb.

    ::edit::
Itīs not that i dont know anything on how to get started , the way i think i would work this out is using a map of the school where there are these clickable areas, each area will represent a classroom for instance, I will take pictures of some of these classrooms so itīl be possible to do a 360 rotation in the classroom ( i dont even know yet how i would go about doing the 360 degrees rotation so if anyone has some good links or tutorials on that it would help as well )

Doing something like that in flash isnt so hard but it all depends on how much you know flash, basic animations like tweening and transforming, if you know how to create buttons and stuff like that. You can also use some ActionScripting to do the hard parts. When i started learning flash i would visit this site, www.virtual-fx.net its a really good site with a lot of basic tutorials. Some others from the book that i have are, www.flashkit.com and www.enetserve.com/tutorials

edit: its been a long time since i used flash and some of the sites are not even up anymore.

    heres one more http://tutorials.flashsitesweekly.com/flash/beginner/

Well its not that i dont know any flash i know motion tweens, shape tweens, how to create buttons and how to attach all the actionscript to it.

So that is not the problem ( im not a newbie at flash ), what Iīm looking for are digital tours made with flash so i can have a look at how they approach things, since right now i dont have a clue where to start or how a professional digital tour looks like ( since i never saw one before )...

But i still find some of your links usefull though.

Hm just got the idea of checkin newgrounds ( maybe Iīll find something over there ) .

    www.cyberteks.net
    www.derbauer.de
    www.flashchallenge.com
    www.harman-multimedia.com
